Before this, only four batsmen of Nepal could score double-digit runs in the bowling ball of Bangladesh. Among them, Vishal Vikram scored the highest 48 runs. He scored this run in 6 fours after playing 100 balls. Dev Khanal played 60 balls and scored the second highest 35 runs with 3 fours.
After losing 3 wickets for 29 runs, they pulled the two teams' total to 91. Their 62-run partnership took Nepal's total past 100. After that, Vishal and Gulsan Jha made a partnership of 30 runs for the fifth wicket. Subash Bhandari scored an unbeaten 18 after breaking the pair after the team scored 121 runs.
