Apart from these two, only Chris Gayle has 100 sixes in BPL. The Caribbean star hit 143 sixes in 52 innings. Mushfiq scored a century of sixes in 115 innings. Barisal team leader hit hundredth six in 97 innings.
Fortune Barisal beat Sylhet Strikers by 18 runs in Mushfiqur's feat. With this victory, Tamim Iqbal's team moved forward in the fight to go to the play-offs of the tournament. However, Sylhet is confirmed to be out of the league after losing. Even if they win the remaining two matches, the last time finalists will not reach the play-offs.
