Due to the current political unrest in the country, the practice of cricketers is being disrupted. So, four days before the scheduled time, the peaceful forces left for Pakistan. Basically, the decision of BCB is to go there and prepare the cricketers well.
The Bangladesh team left the country for Pakistan from Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport on Monday (August 12). At the airport all eyes were on Taskin Ahmed who was waiting to return to Test cricket after 13 months. Before boarding the plane, the Tiger pacer also asked for prayers in front of the media.
On his return to Test cricket, Taskin said, Of course I am excited to return to Test cricket after a long time. Everyone pray, may God keep us healthy. Because, as those of you who follow cricket more or less know, I have shoulder problems. I stayed away from Test cricket for this, so that my shoulder is fine.
Telling about their goals in the Pakistan series, this Tiger Pacer said that this is to win the country in the big (Test) version. By Allah, Inshallah, you also pray. Everything has changed so that our performance is also good and we can make everyone a little happy, inshallah please pray.
BCB has decided not to include Taskin in the first Test XI despite returning to the team after 13 months of injury. They are going to include this right-arm pacer in the squad for the first four-day Test match of the Bangladesh 'A' team to complete the preparations. Chief selector Gazi Ashraf Hossain Lipu confirmed this information in a statement.
Although going to Pakistan with the national team, the first destination of this Tiger Pacer will be Islamabad. Where Bangladesh 'A' team will play two four-day Test matches and three ODI matches. Tomorrow (August 13) Vijay-Mushfiqur will take the field against Pakistan Shaheens.
