Marlon Samuels has been handed a six-year ban from all forms of cricket by the International Cricket Council (ICC). The former West Indies batsman faced charges in September 2021 related to violations of the Emirates Cricket Board's (ECB) anti-corruption code. An independent anti-corruption tribunal conducted by the UAE Cricket Board found Samuels guilty, leading to the ICC imposing the six-year ban, effective from November 11, 2023.
